If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your purchase, we'll gladly accept exchanges or returns of unworn, unaltered, unlaundered items with tags attached within 90 days of your purchase's original ship date. Within 90 days of your purchase's original ship date, items may be exchanged and are shipped back to you free of charge, excluding rush service fees. There is no fee for using the convenient SmartPost® shipping label included with your package when sending us your item for exchange.
Within 90 days of your purchase's original ship date, items may be returned for a refund, excluding shipping and processing fees. If you choose to use the convenient SmartPost® shipping label included with your order, $6.95 will be deducted from your refund.
Exchange & Return Procedure
1. Fill out the Merchandise Exchange/Return Form that was included with your order.
2. Include your completed Merchandise Exchange/Return Form in your package as well as the item(s) you are sending back.
3. Affix the provided SmartPost® shipping label to the outside of your package and drop it off at your nearest U.S. post office.
If you choose not to use the provided SmartPost® shipping label, you will need to pay for shipping up front. For added security, we recommend that you insure your package and get a tracking number. Write one of the following addresses on the outside of your package and drop it off with your preferred shipper.

• All exchanges and returns will be inspected. Items that have been worn, altered, or laundered will be discarded with no refund or exchange applied.
• All original packaging, including all attached tags, must accompany your exchange or return.
• Clearance items are final sale and cannot be exchanged or returned.
Exchanges and returns are normally processed within 3 business days of receipt. Check refunds may take up to 10 business days to process. Refunds will be credited back to the original form of payment.
